Man crashes stolen school bus into cars

A stolen Auburn school bus in Webster hit two parked cars on Whitcomb Street yesterday, dragging them across the road before the driver abandoned the bus and ran away, according to Webster Police Sergeant Thomas Ralph. Police sent a K-9 unit to track the man after they received the call at 12:12 a.m., but were unable to find him. The cars were empty and no injuries were reported. Ralph said a representative from AA Transportation said the man had stolen the bus from the company’s lot on Route 20 in Auburn.
