Webster police charge four with multiple drug offenses

Webster police detectives arrested four people Thursday morning, charging them with multiple drug offenses, the result of a several-week-long investigation.

According to Webster Police, detectives James Hoover and Steven Cacciapouti, along with officers Robert Ela and Christopher Trainor, executed a search warrant at 126 North Main St. Apt. 1R, at 10:30 a.m. and found roughly 10 grams of crack cocaine, several pills of the prescription drugs Adderall and Lorazapam, several hundred dollars, and numerous edged weapons.

The following people were arrested as a result of the search and are being held at the Webster Police Station pending their scheduled appearance in Dudley District Court on Friday, May 9:

Joshua White, 20, of 126 N. Main S., Apt. 1R, is charged with conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law, possession of a Class B Substance, and possession of a Class B Substance with the intent to distribute.

Ryan Tracanna, 22, of 126 N. Main S., Apt. 1R, is charged with conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law, possession of a Class B Substance (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class B Substance with the intent to distribute (subsequent offense).

Charles Allen, 54, of 126 N. Main S., Apt. 1R, is charged wit conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law, possession of a Class B Substance, and possession of a Class B Substance with the intent to distribute.
